Lead the Flash development team in the design and creation of animation for Web, video, and mobile devices as well as programming of educational activities and games. Work with instructional designers, content specialists, programmers and production artists to ensure usability, consistency, quality across platforms and in a variety of languages.


Create numerous illustrations, character designs, animations and ActionScripting for a variety of applications including UIs, Web, CD, games and video. Writing scripts, storyboarding, editing and layout of animation.


Also responsible for DVD authoring using DVD Studio Pro systems including creating animation and graphics for menus and all necessary programming.


Project and production management using BaseCamp, animation direction, user testing and data collection, meeting facilitation, staff training, technical writing, preparing and delivering technical conference presentations
